Sharkies, I guess the other thing is that if the broker wants to exit after the capital raising, they might look to a column that has a large amount of shares to buy, and move back to that pile. The broker would have made more quick money in this raising than many raisings I have seen this year. They are probably locking in profit.
pgamble, no it wasn't me who said there had been no bad ANN's. It's true, though- gee, she's a tidy little company.
101.5m new shares in this company, with 70.8m out so far and the rest to be distributed by Pato's later. $365,000 bought and sold today so far. We can hazard a guess at who is selling, but there's a fair whack of buying. Who is it?
Incite, we have L1 on board (diluted, but still there, as you've said), as well as JP Morgan, HSBC, ABN Amro, and Merrill Lynch, so we have a few of the heavy hitters, who are not normally big sellers.
At some point, it would be good to get a cornerstone investor. Most decent projects can get that. It could help out with the cost to produce.
