Good question Vulture. We'd all like to know that I am sure. Cappers there again this morning , not as big and ugly as they were last Friday but there all the same. One at 0.008 and one at 0.010 as I write. I take the presence of large - play cappers as a sign of promise. But I do wish they would clear out and let us get on with it. Lots of eyes on GLA... waiting.
