This is some info on the BPP that Gladiator is involved with. This is where it began for GLA:

    http://www.businessspectator.com.au/bs.nsf/Article/Gladiator-Resources-has-option-on-charcoal-from-bi-WTVY4

And this is what it is:

    http://www.bioenergyconsult.com/biomass-pyrolysis-process/

So, basically, it is turning one form of mass into another, and it could have all manner of applications, including waste management. So, I then was snooping around the internet and saw this article, on waste management being the next area of M&A. This article is about the Baltics, so may have no relevance, but thanks to pgamble's posts on patents and our new shareholder, I started looking around. New technologies for waste management are being sought, with landfill being the least desirable practice for waste, and incineration being a better one. Here's the article:

The possibilities of biomass are huge. From waste to energy. Instead of incineration, we create.

I'd love to hear the view from some scientists on HC.
