Your post scares the hell out of me as it would appear EXACTLY the same thing is happening here.

We've heard about circling deals from big guys for some time (years) but nothing has eventuated. The closest we've come is an investment 'in kind' to a subsidiary which results in not a single penny to us shareholders.

We've also had a few shareholders stand up and try and get some independence on the board, to no avail.

And it's would appear to be the same guys at NuSep as Gradipore. I guess leopards don't change their spots.

Thanks for the advice regarding selling. I wish I had seen your post a year or 2 ago when I could have gotten my money back. I still haven't changed my sentiment to "sell" yet, but I may well soon....
