I know that some people on this forum think that the board is incompetent and useless.
However I think some credit needs to go their way.
They have given holders another chance. And their timing is pretty much perfect.
Second chances don't come around all the time and the board needs to be commended for this. And what a great oppurtinity current shareholders have got.
Of course this opportunity is to sell your shares. Seriously no one thought I was talking about a GGP growth story.
With June 30 fast approaching I believe its a fantastic opportunity to realise those capital losses.
Holders had no chance of realising their capital losses until this brilliant decision by the board. Great work guys, geez their a smart bunch.
All IMO of course.
