I agree, this is a good deal a sign of things to come - note the reference to it being a validation of their spin off strategy. If they can find a big partner for GIR and RHI, then they can and will find it for some of the other smaller spin offs (PMH, UTO, CAP etc). The same guys run all these companies. I like their slow, steady, strategic approach and getting someone else on board has been the strategy all along, now it seems to be coming together. Looking forward to selling GIR for $7 sometime soon.
