Oz investors don't seem to believe in the resources boom. Most Australian funds still don't own any FMG. This is quite a bit of cash to invest in a junior and both deals done at a substantial premium to market.

I hold two shares which have announced foreign investment today - the other being SAU. They must think this is an opportune time to get in cheaply before we all wake up to how strong commodity markets really are.
