This trade is looking good....one Zinco share for every 4.9 Giralia shares (GIR to trade ex-entitlement on 31 July), and one Zinco option exercisable at 25c for every 2 zinco shares issued.
Zinco is currently trading at 43s so any Zinco options exercisable at 25c will be 18c in the money.
