The ex-return of capital date for GIR shareholders to receive free Zinco shares will be Tuesday 31 July (assuming GIR shareholders approve the distribution at a shareholders meeting on Friday 27 July).
Last day to buy GIR for the free Zinco shares (assuming approval) will therefore be Monday 30 July.
Also Carpentaria float/spin-off could be announced by GIR shortly.
