If you are an investor that buys optimism and you are sure then buy, that's what the market is for. Each investor makes their own judgment based on the information available. Good luck.
BDR had exactly the same "optimism" after it raised $50 million at 19.5cents in Feb 2016. The confidence was waning a little when they put their hand out for another the $51 million at 28.9cents/share in Feb 2017. That wasn't enough to stop the enthusiasm of the retail investors. Some people were trying to keep it real on those threads against all the enthusiasm as well.
My view is that share placements and optimism are a dangerous mix with gold miners and investors should be more circumspect when it comes to looking at a companies performance. DRM have put their hand out for two ~$25 million raisings for a mine that was meant to be a high grade cash cow.
