Yes these are all good points, but LJ is walking a bit of fine line in regards investor sentiment. DRM was rightly seen as a basket case before he came on board and I am sure he is aware how much more needs to be done. Changing sentiment is not easy and keeping the story as simple and positive as possible helps.
On the X-Ray ore sorting EGA put out a recent announcement on their trial of the technology and it has a massive effect [1]. I would love to see LJ send off a load of ore from Deflector (and AW) and see how it sorts. Minimising any dilution of the ore will have a big impact on the bottom line given the plant is running at capacity.
