Yes, appears it can be marketed in a number of ways. Their website also indicates that the 2010 and 2013 versions are being steadily shut down by Microsoft (reducing updates/support) and will be completely gone in January 2020. Everyone will need to upgrade to the new one by then. Whether Dropsuite is still offered as a free extra at that stage who knows.
The good thing is that the more success Dropsuite have with these different types of marketing campaigns, the more they can use them as different examples to prospective partners on how to market the product to suite their situation.
