Ubull, HAV are releasing their 21 000 000 shares over the next 2 years by way of in-specie and cash raised from placements. About 2 months before the ann. came out, Bob Johnson, director of both HAV and GHT, assured me the escrowed shares would be held by HAV for a long time, with a view to use them for leverage in any potential mergers/aquisitions. Looks like that turned out to be a pile of horseshlt, so I hold no assumptions on what HAV are going to do with all these shares.
