John,
If my instincts are correct, he is in for a lot S@#$T! The board do not send details of criminal allegations to its shareholders unless it is substanciated. All these communications would have been under the approval of their lawyers. I sense there are more to these allegations that may eventually come out in public when the book is thrown at him and cronies.
I maintain that a united small shareholder base couple with the other big shareholders can keep the present board.
