I have posted this on PWW and I think it also applies to BLZ with the exact same issues

The Matich camp with their cronies/relatives are emersed in a tangle of inconsistencies wrt to the the surrendering of tenement leases by ex-director Clifton stepson of Dan Matich and I think step brother of Brett Matich. The letter I have just received from PWW board is stating that we are talking fraud. If Clifton who surrendered as director in December 2006, can have his signature be used on PWW behalf when he is no longer associated with the board as proof from the surrender document dated April 2009, what will they do when the get onto the board? I think they will be more 'skelton in the cupboards' and Matich and cronies better be sweating it.

On top of this a seperate litigation was lodged by father of Brett Matich against another big shareholder, Burnell Investment pty ltd, for the sole purpose to hinder the 10% voting right against the Matich camp.

Who in their right mind can find any justification in voting people of such 'calibre' to the PWW board and any board for that matter. This is getting ridiculous. Clifton has caused us shareholders a valuable piece of tenement using illegal means IMO and Matich is now trying to swamp all over the board so that he can control it by circumventing any legal actions against himself. You vote him in, you give vampire the blood bank.

He has to be stopped. I say us small shareholders, if we unite together in a block we can remove questionable people infecting a perfectly capable board.

Who is with me? I am only a small shareholders and a lot of us small holders can swing the board?

Has anyone asked the justification for sacking the board?

Is it that the board should have spent big in the middle of the GFC and just hope for the best? They have money in the bank to survive this lean period.

Is it that the directors should pay themselves big salary and milk the company dry? What Vince Hyde gets for running the company, some people would not even get out of bed for the hassle of the job

These are some of the questions that came to my mind right now. Can you think of any justifications that Matich is a better captain to steer the ship? Sure if you were watching The underbelly series then they may have some merits.
