fungster, tkaing a punt on the win was always worthwhile. the thing that gets my goat about chm is, and always has been, what they are not telling you about your company? if you win, who gets how much of that win? what is the real financial position of the company and what financial guarantees are in place? there are two risks here, one is will you win (worth a flutter) and the other is, can you trust people who keep stoom about everything that counts (unknowable risk). if this does go pear shaped, asx will be partly to blame for failing to require appropriate disclosure.
