Still dont have a court date for the large case so this will go well into next year.

Then there are appeals pontially.

This will drag on and all the time MMX is trying to move forward with this hanging over its head.

This is why CHM thread is so quiet. Company did what it had to do:
- got a funder for its cases
- raised some funds to meet their running costs

Now it will go about their business which surprising for some does now include some mining ground.
