Have couple of some known sources in Philippines and from what i have been hearing Commercial Oil Discovery is a big news now and the gov is pushing hard to progress this and get this to production line.The reason is to prevent them from buyin oil else where.
I am guessin a farm out deal with GGX will be some oil companies in Philippines buyin.
