ggx shareholders approve merger

The meeting was yesterday and not surprisingly the results were:

94.12% of the number of shareholders voting (either in person or by proxy); and

92.62% of the votes cast being in favour of the resolution, 6.94% of the votes cast being against the resolution, 0.00% abstaining and 0.44% of the votes disallowed and therefore disregarded.


I sure hope that everybody has their proxies in for tomorrow's OIP vote! I'm looking forward to the OXX people giving OIP a serve!!
