I think as it's OIP's Independent Expert that the decision will be supporting what we've been saying all along.

Why otherwise would somebody you had commissioned and said 'you are getting a good deal' come back and then say 'hang on it's an even better deal than we thought, you should prevent this going ahead'? GGX should have had their own advice.
