H , you need to consider that the Pines asset (SC44) was on 'care and mainenence' from 205 until very recently. No great money expended. As for the OIP csg leases I dont really rate them anymore than I do the GGX assets. I would prefer to back a proven wealth creator (DM) and let him get on with the job. If and when that is allowd to happen I will re enter GGX or OIP or GGXOIP as will many DM fans having made a motsa on ESG. For now its bench time for me. DYOR
