Seriously .. I think that the TH is ahead of the merger being completed. If you look at DM's presentation at the OIP AGM ... the vote was scheduled for late January and then they anticipated the merger would be concluded (after court approval) by 15 February. The meetings for the votes was delayed by 4 weeks ... so we can expect the merger should be expected by 15 March. In other words plenty of time since the meeting on 26 February to get it through the courts.
