why not make an offer for the whole company yourself, recap yourself and reap the benefits?
For you to buy 7%+ you obviously have some business skills!
An alternative is to make an offer for 50% of the company so that you can roll the board and make these decisions.
I am a reasonably large shareholder and I am all for successful agitating so long as it's in the companies long term interest, which this would be.
Gfy is such a simple business model. It's needs tweaking that's all.
Gfy is Definitely not a dick smith that had no idea what it's offer was, had negative operating cashflows, huge inventory (in hundreds of millions) and the nail in the coffin was its large debt load.
