GFY - Capital Raise

When we bought 7.7% of GFY early this year we told the board to hold the dividend and recapitalise the balance sheet. We offered to assist and join the Board. We were shown the door and we can see now how financially devastating this reaction has been. Without a capital raising Godfreys will cease trading within 12 months. Chairman must resign. Nice turn of 40% for two months, however we would have preferred a longer term result.
