Great summary, there are so many new investors & interest in this stock, it's great for the new comers to use & get up to speed.
The 420 machine can actually fit 420 cannabis plants, though they say 220 is optimum, suppose it depends on the strain.
Miracle Valley haven't actually said how many machines they're ordering, I'm guessing around 240 for the $2.3m with a discount?
As RGI have done the design work, fertigation etc, I'd say it would be very similar to the 10 room 240 machine facility they show in their presentations. Limiting 24 machines per grow room means they don't need pesticides, and they can spread the work load out by having each room ready to harvest 5 weeks apart. This is also very important for drying after harvest when the product is subject to mould. Greenhouse growers who only get 3 crops in per year, have each crop ready to harvest at the same time and often lose a large part of that crop due to mould forming in the drying process.
RGI claim such a facility would produce 4500kg or 10,000lbs per annum based on 7lbs per machine x 6 crops pa, and as you say MV say 5400kg. MV have been testing the machines for over 12 months so would know what they're getting with the strain they're using & the number of plants per machine. RGI are very conservative with their figures, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if MV are getting what they claim. They are a private company after all, so don't need to impress anyone.

Correction to my last post-
10 rooms with 6 harvests per year is 60 harvests.
So they would actually have a room ready to harvest each 6 days.
This also is similar for fresh foods, and is ideal for efficiency in drying room use, labour use, etc - you don't need those seasonal fruit pickers etc.
