What do I think?

Like @Freefall, I would like to know who the "special correspondent" is. Does anyone (even a staunch RTG supporter) seriously think that this ("intimidate and harass civilians") would be the BCL strategy? It's laughable. I suggest that the "special correspondent" is someone with a vivid imagination, still living in the period following the mine closure and looking for someone to blame for the backwards direction of the province since those times.

I guess we will all have to wait for the BCL "intimidate and harass" announcement; I won't be holding my breath.
