I think the stars are lining up here. Continuation of stimulus measures will underpin retail spending in EU, which should mean values hold up and improve as credit provision creeps back to market overall. AUD strength against US wont impact this trust as EUR/AUD ex rate is not running to same dynamic. I think the only way is up short, med and long term.

I also hold APD which I think is likely to be strongly outperforming stock as property equity markets heal and recover.
