The buyside activity is highly predictable:people are getting positioned for a sell-off.I know know about bids at 0.02 but a bottom of 0.05 seems to be anticipated.I would suggest that this will slowly occur over the next month;perhaps a SP of 0.05 when the resolutions are voted on in August.The obvious two reasons for sad state of affairs would be the complete erosion of small investor confidence in the company and the relentless selling by sophisticated investors.
It's all a bit like watching a car accident in slow-motion.In my view,this year,in terms of investors expectations,will be a 'write-off'.It was always going to be difficult to break into the market with such unique products.I still believe that next year will see the product start to sell and then the bigger fish will finally commit.Until then,the SP will be a 'horror story' that I prefer not to watch.Lock the bottom draw time for me.I'd love to wrong on this one,but the recent buyside activity has confirmed my dire prognosis.
