Well no, I think Droneshield just says there's a drone around you work out what to do about it. This is a quote from the FAQ section on their web site;
'What options do I have to stop the approaching drone?
Available countermeasures depend on the end-user’s situation and laws in their jurisdiction. Interfering with a drone in a civilian environment is not currently legal in a number of countries, as they are considered private property. '
