I have had a conditional buy order for FLT at $39 waiting for around 4-5 months and it didn't quite get there. The dividend and news about US growth convince me to go ahead, not to wait any longer. I think FLT has been around a while and ridden out previous downturns, so is a solid investment in a volatile market. Trading in a range from $40's up to $70 so $40 is fair price for a long term investment, IMO. It may drop down to $30's again, but how long do you want to wait
