Firstly - I appreciate your opinion and thanks for your wishes regarding my investment in JAL.

I don't agree with your assertion that there is no link between JAL and CPL, and also (to a lesser extent) EQX.

Gavin Argyle (CIP) was responsible for spinning off projects into both Xenolith (CPL) and Jameson. Yes Jameson failed at its first attempt and many, including me, felt let down.

CPL has gone onto bigger and better things as we know.

CIP ('owned' by Gavin Argyle) is clearly very close to both JAL and CPL (see share holdings, capital raising underwriting etc).

If you do some further research (which I've done plenty) you will find other links between CPL and JAL.

The link with EQX is nothing more than the assumption that Middlemas and Argyle would mix in similar circles and therefore have similar connections regarding funding, based on their involvement with CPL (perhaps other business interests also)??

Regarding Gavin Argyles share holding interests - he does hold based on Top 20 from ASX announcements. Also, on 6/1/11 Nefco Nominees became a substantial shareholder (No 1) of JAL. Interested parties are D and E Argyle (any relation to Gavin???).

Anyway - as stated - respect your opinion and thanks for it. Just think there's a bit more to this than your post suggests.
