Thought i would start a thread to hopefully help myself and others take advantage of all the new jobs that will be created in "Lithium Valley" and the Lithium mining industry in Western Australia.
I am looking at trying to up skill to be ready for them. Currently looking at doing Cert II in Process Plant Operations to begin with.
Does anybody know what positions will be needed and what courses/training one could do to help land these positions.
I am only looking at doing 6 month courses when i can as i can't be out of the workforce for to long but others may be able to be so all suggestions are welcome.
