I'm a little negative/realistic only because the numbers point that way.
I think if Hyro was a $2mill company and released an announcement that said they just made a $1.5mill three year deal that would be fantastic, but they are valued at around $15mill the deals should be much larger. Plus constantly falling customer receipts speaks volumes on the basis of much higher, and growing, competition which will be eating into margins, you yourself stated this by saying You might have pointed out that a larger company with a larger sales and marketing team could take advantage of this and sell into many more application. which means Hyro may well be discounting Idaptive to get the sales/cashflow through, the question is is it too heavy a discount. I seem to remember reading somewhere that Idaptive costing hyro around $24mill to develop.
MORE than $1.5 million could be $3 million over three years as education and students increase. assumes a greater than 100% increase in student numbers which is very unlikely.
