Agreed with TXN there is a different price trigger for the SP to increase in as such AUT proved up relatively undeveloped(at that stage) Eagle Ford acreages in the Sugarkane field and the market responded accordingly over time.
However to my mind at this stage the market is not recognising the true value of the TXN asset which has been proven through drilling and nearology and hence when eventually the land sale occurs there will be a swift revaluation of the company itself.
That's how I see it anyway. Whatever happens I'm just glad to see a green line in my portfolio for a pleasant change :)
