at the agm it was made clear by the major shareholders that the once off load up of options was not expected to be repeated, and that the shareholders did not want the options issue to be a regular affair. nor spoken about again!! I guess they were saying get the snouts out of the through, and get on with running the company and making some returns for the shareholders... we vote this one through but dont want to hear anything about it again...

texon board noted this and it form part of a response by texon at the next agm next year, as its an issue raised by shareholders in the meeting and related to matters of renumeration.


what i find amazing, is instead of the next thing i expected to hear, which i hoped was an sale announcement and an EGM on that, the comedy is that the EGM turns out to be nothing to do with the sale, but entirely about what the what the major shareholders told the board to get out of their heads.. the renumeration issue..

is texon holding back the sale announcement and delaying settlement pending the EGM?

why did they get it so wrong in the first place at the agm??

i have a whole swag of questions to ask them..

maybe i need to go to brisbane again.. its getting too quiet out there!!
