I have a client who is a very senior player in the oil and gas field. his personal and his companies take on energy costs in the future, is that they will sky rocket. All the international players know this and are skimming around the 'dumb' aussies, trying to lure their energy fields away from them for peanuts.
Why the hell is AOE saying we as shareholders should sell to the Shell /C bid when only a couple of months ago (without direct takeover threat), the share price was not too far shy of what Shell / C are offering now.
I say sit on your stock and consider what benefit, other than a short term gain, we collective achieve by selling out now. My two bob's worth ;-)
