I like your thinking regarding directors sleeves, firthy and airpoe.
If they are cold calling they must be expecting something serious.
I would venture a guess we should hear the news sometime this week.
From memory, if a competing offer is made, NHC is no longer bound by "final" declaration and should be able to increase theirs (I could be wrong here, its been a while since my last t/o).
