Fully underwritten HC so sending the money not necessary from JAL's perspective - they get it anyway. Having said that, I pressume you may be suggesting that it's in share holders best interests to send in their money??
I'm taking up my full allocation without question - I've been smelling a deal for a while now and have been accumulating around 5c.
