My guess is an acquisition - most likely in the coal sector in Canada as per their announcements. Need the funds, most likely, to facilitate the deal, or to provide working capital once done.
That's my guess - I've been accumulating as felt that something was happening - Hot Capital appears to have the inside running though - I'm just guessing
