I am happy that this undervalued stock may be starting to be recognised. Corporate rumours, strong volumes, recovering prices, good production, talk of big dividends. No wonder brokers are targeting over $5 for CEY. Not long until the secret is out. Bring on $3 then onwards and upwards.
