Management made it very clear consolidation would never occur, they know that this will completely wipe out the company. If company is worth a measly mil now then it would be worthless if consolidated.

They really need to get this plant finished and operational generating income ASAP or they won’t see another year unless they plan on working for free from now on. They need to ride this Bergen storm out, find funding and drop their wages to next to nothing as to preserve every cent of what ever money is currently on hand/can be found with deals and get the plant finished. They have now run out of options and need to get the plant finished and into production. Once they finish and begin generating an income stream then they can do what ever, but now they need to finish what they promised decades ago and were paid to do....
