They could have done a rights issue and raised the 500,000 without destroying the market cap by doing the Bergen note issue finance. The question is why did they decide to do the Bergen deal in the first place, considering they had just raised money (300,000) via capital issue to sophisticates at 1 cent? So now those same sophisticates are down 240,000 in just under 6 months
