I'm likely wrong in all I'm about to say - it's happened once or 2wice b4 ;)
But, I can't see WOW wanting 100% of GRB, just a gorilla size seat at the table, which is exactly what they've currently got.
WOW is a retailer, GRB is a brewer - WOW needs beer to sell and that's what it's now getting, it doesn't need total responsibility for running a brewer.
GRB need a stable major shareholder, prepared to stump a bit of coin etc and that's what they've got with the bonus of a regular customer for their product at not huge but ongoing margins.
The REAL value for GRB with the WOW involvement will start to emerge say 3yrs from now, when we start to see, in effect, 25yrs of corporate evolution condensed down to only a decade or so.
Just my views/DYOR.
HEY, it's weekend time, time for another icy cold GRB product mmmmm :) :) :) :) :).....:) :)
