We'll see soon enough, 27th November is the AGM and you can be sure there will be a sales update then, probably a pretty reliable guidance issued also.

Diary problems are gone, 18 weeks of sales out of 52 gone by the time guidance is issued, should be a really interesting meeting, pretty much accepted across the board rents are the biggest retail killer yet with everyone still bearish on one of the only retailers left that hasn't flogged off their property?

Will be very interesting when Gerry shares some of the wisdom from his 57 years in retailing and compares HVN to others in the sector.

Not expecting much sales growth this year if any (on a same store basis) but I'm absolutely certain out of all the big retailers in Australia HVN will be the least affected by Amazons arrival.

Ruslan Kogan should tune in for a bit of education, you can bet your a** he will be mentioned come AGM time, possibly good old Dick also, they are friends but Dick has made negative forecasts on HVN all the while driving his own ventures into the ground.

WES and WOW will be mentioned IMO due to property portfolios being flogged off, Solly may be mentioned as example of retailer beginning to buy properties again (although maybe not as he's jealous Solly made the retail hall of fame).

Amazon will definitely be mentioned, very curious to hear what he has to say about them another year in.

I wish he would hold the AGM in Melbourne, I would like to attend one before he croaks

Ps: he did just buy around $80m in HVN shares in the last few months
