If you wanted to sell 200K shares, would you do it like that?
If hw waited for it to open first, then dumped immediately thereafter, he would get an average closer to 25.2 and not the 24c match he is now looking at.
Further, as it now stands, once it opens, we will have a 24c - 27c spread...with only 7958 shares to the sell side.
Either he is trying to flush selelrs out, or he is expecting buyers to come over the top and lift his average.
