I suspect we might se a somewhat directionless market today...

At some point however, I do expect to see some kind of concerted effort to push it up (or down) a few points...

    1. If it happens first thing, it might offer a short-term trading opportunity...as the purpose of such rally's are usually to introduce volatility and increase volumes, while at the same time enabling those wanting out to do so for a better average. If this does happen, I would expect a gradual sell down to ensue throughout the day back to where it all started.

    2. Same could happen on the downside...once again, designed to increase volatilty and volumes...but this time, designed to flush out the weak holders into the hands of the accumulators. In this scenario, after the initial sell-down, we would expect a gradual rise to ensue, perhaps culminating in a rally towards the close. The earlier buyers will either sell here, or pump it even harder for the next trading session.

    3. If we get a flat day...there will be t+3's needing to exit, so a slightly negative bias should ensue.

Unless something unforseen occurs, I can't see a major move in either direction today...next week some time should see the big run in my opinion.

    Cheers!
