The plant was due off care and maintenance:
1) ‘in the coming month’ - May update
2) ‘in September 2017’ - August update
At the very least I would expect that the plant is up and running this QR. if not, I can only expect that the negotiations have not advanced.
Is there anyone in the area that is aware of what may have been happening near the plant?
