I had been in the industry 2 years out of uni, where I scored top grades and worked my ass off... only to get into a job market that was oversaturated and an industry on the down. All my friends who worked in junior explorers got laid off, I've been full time trading ever since and have moved back to NZ. Doesn't seem worth while even looking at the industry until there's a large turn around
