The corporate governance might end up more complicated then SH expect, if he's stuffed up on simple things like 3B's I'd expect them more complex tasks wouldn't be much better.
I wonder if the new 3B confetti share holders got out before TH?
its a shame they couldn't have cut ties with old management completely a lot sooner, the ground looks good.
