No slippage. I was somewhat hoodwinked by these dates previously too. They have said that they will start generating revenues in Q4 2017 and that operations will commence in Q1 2018. Both are true. There won't be a sudden switching on of the whole array upon completion but rather in Q4, they will be doing testing and commissioning. This will put a small amount into the grid, which will generate revenue. This is still in the build stage. Initially I thought they would be hooking up like 1 panel just to tick a milestone but I now don't think that's the case. In one of the releases over the last few weeks they actually state the expected revenue from this commissioning phase, which was 100s of thousands of dollars
So the project will be generating revenue in Q4, but won't be fully operational and complete until Q1
